Toy Making & Innovation Festival 2023

The Toy and Innovation Festival WTIF aims to inspire and engage communities around quality education to uplift the society. It also aims to give platform for children to showcase their creativity to the world and be identified for further mentorship.

The 2023 festival was amazing in many ways, 85 brilliant participants showcased their creativity in ways that surpassed 2022. The quality of the creations were so good, including a surprising participation by a boy who rode his bicycle all the way from Lalogi, Omoro district, (about 30 kms from Gulu city) to participate in the festival, he sculpted a jaguar. He won a contribution towards his school fees from one of Wokober’s Patrons.

The toy making festival was successfully organized as a competitive event among children of general age brackets of 3 to 17 years.
